How We Make an Impact
Encounter with Christ supports ministries that reflect a holistic understanding of mission—sharing the Gospel, forming leaders, and responding to the needs of communities. These efforts take shape across four key areas of impact.
Evangelization
Encounter with Christ supports ministries that share the Gospel in culturally rooted and respectful ways, inviting individuals and communities into a deeper relationship with Christ. These efforts include evangelistic gatherings, discipleship programs, and local outreach that strengthens the spiritual life of the Church.
Leadership Development
Strong and faithful leadership is essential for the growth of the Church. Encounter with Christ partners with local ministries to train pastors, lay leaders, and young leaders, equipping them with the skills and spiritual formation needed to guide their communities and sustain long-term ministry.

Local Outreach and Discipleship
Across communities in Central Americal, the Caribbean and South America local churches engage in ministry rooted in the realities people face—walking alongside children, families, and neighbors with presence, relationship, and hope. Through evangelistic gatherings and discipleship, these ministries affirm the dignity of each person and invite individuals into a deeper relationship with Christ.
Training Pastors and Lay Leaders
Through regional training programs, pastors and lay leaders are equipped with theological education and practical skills to guide their congregations and sustain long term ministry.
