Donor Bill of Rights
Giving is an act of faith and partnership in God’s mission. We are committed to honoring that trust with integrity, transparency, and care. Encounter with Christ is committed to honoring the generosity, trust, and partnership of every donor. In alignment with our mission and values, we affirm the following rights:

- Be informed about our mission, how your gift will be used, and the impact it supports
- Trust that your gifts are stewarded responsibly and used for their intended purpose
- Receive appropriate acknowledgment and documentation for your contributions
- Have your personal and financial information treated with confidentiality and respect
- Understand the structure of the fund, including how endowed giving supports long-term mission
- Ask questions and receive timely, truthful answers about our programs, finances, and governance
- Choose how you are contacted, including the ability to limit or opt out of communications
- Give freely and without pressure, in a spirit of shared mission rather than obligation
- Know that your relationship with Encounter with Christ is grounded in mutual trust, integrity, and faith
